August Fiction: Excerpt from AN OCEAN OF MINUTES by Thea Lim

For August, we're pleased to give you a look into Thea Lim's debut novel, An Ocean of Minutes, out now from Touchstone. Set in a world where a devastating pandemic has citizens working in the future to offset treatment payments, the novel follows the journey of Polly, a young woman who travels to the future in order to save her partner, Frank, who has contracted this disease. It's a beautiful story of longing, time, migration and class, and we hope you'll enjoy this excerpt.
