Nihonmachi Street Fair August 9th and 10th

The 35th Annual Nihonmachi Street Fair is going to take place in San Francisco’s Japantown on August 9th and 10th. This free, two-day festival celebrates the heritage, culture, and spirit of the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities of the San Francisco Bay Area. Asian food, arts and crafts, activities for kids, and music and performances by some of San Francisco’s best artists showcasing an amazing range of styles including hip hop, R& B, jazz. Latin fusion, Japanese drumming, Polynesian dancing, and Chinese lion dance, too.

This nonprofit event benefits community organizations serving the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. Get out to Japantown for the best celebration of the summer, the Nihonmachi Street Fair!
