There’s Pacific USA, now 12 years into publishing. It is put together by photographer Adam Yurman, whose bio says:

Over the last ten years he has mostly focused on 
Asian Beauty and worked in South East Asia. His special style of ultra sexy but tasteful photography has influenced Asian Beauty world wide. He has also been responsible for helping to launch the careers of many top Asian models and always try's to help promote them when possible through various projects.

Um, yeah.

Last year’s popular calendar Asian American Men Redefined is back, better than ever this year, benefiting the API Wellness Center. It is also the second year for the Desiclub Swimsuit Calendar, which has been getting tons of publicity in the Indian press.

Shot entirely in The Hamptons, Desiclub boasts that the calendar is “The very first of its kind, showcasing North American models of Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Nepali, Sri Lankan, and West Indian descent.” I found the whole Hamptons thing to be especially interesting. They claim: “We spent the early weeks of August in America's trendiest beaches... The Hamptons in Long Island, New York. Never before has this kind of access been granted by the incorporated villages of the Hamptons on America's most exclusive island! Our calendar has charmed America's elite, and now the rest of the world will see what happens ….” As though, taking pictures of South Asian women in The Hamptons was the same thing as being invited to Martha Stewart’s house.

But the big new trend in calendar making seems to be the behind-the-scenes videos that now accompany the pictures.
