Locating Ourselves in History Project

Locating Ourselves in History is a Leadership Education for Asian Pacifics (LEAP) project that aims to showcase the diversity of the API experience and richness of history that has been left out of American textbooks. LEAP is seeking personal narratives, anecdotes, and memories that will be exhibited through an interactive timeline and geographical map, to be launched on August 14th. Submit here, deadline is August 9th.  

Thymos Asian American Anthology Call for Submissions

Thymos, an Asian American awareness and activism group located in Portland, will be publishing an anthology that compiles the experiences of Asian Americans. They are seeking people to tell stories in their own words and with perspectives that challenge or transcend mainstream stereotypes. Submissions can be sent to thymosbook(at)gmail(dot)com.
