Dude, it's fun. I mean, a lot of fun! Some people watch pop icons on TV and dream of what altruism they would exercise if they had that little bit of celebrity. Well, dream no more, playa. Dream no more.

Time to turn that talking into walking. During this one-of-a-kind phenonenon -- the Mr. Hyphen pageant and all the excitement leading up to it -- you will contribute to redefining the Asian male as fly. And moreover,
you will represent a dear cause for the community organization of your choice.

In retrospect, I couldn't narrow my own Mr. Hyphen experience down to a single moment, but rather a feeling... a
high. I had the opportunity to help shape reality for the better. And in a single evening, five fellas who never met took this chance and we shared a stage. We laughed, we strutted, we cut a rug! And made the world a few lumens brighter.

Gentlemen, respect and thank you for steppin' up to this, and I look forward to seeing you at this year's Mr. Hyphen 2009!
