Fun with CAAM, Call for Entries and Summer Outdoor Screening

August 16, 2010

Be festive and submit a film for a film fest!

The 29th San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival is on March 10-20, 2011, and your film could be part of the largest showcase of Asian and Asian American cinema in North America!

CAAM has officially sent out a call for entries, and all genres and lengths are accepted.  Submit online at www.asianamericanmedia.org or withoutabox.com.  The early deadline is approaching, on September 3rd, with the late deadline on October 1st.

While we’re on the subject of film, CAAM is partnering up with the Japantown Merchants Association again for their 3rd Annual Summer Screening!  The date is set for September 19th and hopefully the fickle weather of San Francisco will warm up by then.  If not, grab a hot drink to conquer the howling wind as you enjoy the animated masterpiece that is Howl’s Moving Castle.

For more information on both the summer screening and the call for entries, please visit CAAM’s website.
