Join editor Brian Komei Dempster of Making Home From War and illustrator Felicia Hoshino of My Dog Teny in a creative collaboration workshop. Bring a friend or family member and a memory that may be in the form of a photo, a letter, an artifact, or short writing reflection. Come create a recollection of life before, during, or after WWII to share with others. No experience necessary.

A group of artistically diverse, award-winning Chinese Canadian filmmakers were presented with a challenge: answer the question, “What is your Chinatown?” on film. The result is a collaboratively produced, multi-genre cinematic vision of Chinatown. Accompanied by a live performance by Bay Area musician Jack Tung and others. Project Directed by Aram Siu Wai Collier. Suite Suite Chinatown is also a special shorts program of the San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival (SFIAAFF). More info here.
