In the fall of 2003, Kid Koala toured in support of Some of My Best Friends Are DJs and his graphic novel Nufonia Must Fall. Assembling a turntable band with P-Love and DJ Jester, they reconstructed some of his most audacious moments. Caught on tape in London, Live From the Short Attention Span Audio Theater contains some of Koala's live favorites (“Stompin' At Le Savoy,” “Drunk Trumpet”) with some moody instrumentals culled from the book. On “Skanky Panky,” DJ Jester lays the rocksteady beat by juggling a bassline as Koala and P-Love cut in various horns and strings. The five-track audio CD and 40-minute live DVD comes with extras including videos and a random bingo image generator.
