June Kim is a graphic novel artist and illustrator based in Brooklyn, NY. Before moving to New York to study art in the School of Visual Arts, she studied Japanese literature in a university in Seoul, where she grew up. Her art is most recognized by award-winning music video and album cover of rock band JET. Her first graphic novel, 12 days, was published by Tokyopop in 2006. She is currently working on a new project, a food comic series titled Egg Show.
